Spring time at the botanic gardens

If you listen carefully, you’ll notice the first whispers of spring. From the dusting of pollen, the birds waking earlier and splashes of colour bursting forth, replacing the sombre, muted winter. Sure as rain follows sun… and it’s been doing a lot of that too.

I went to the botanic gardens on a chilly but sunny day last week. There aren’t so many tulips this year, but we were just in time to see a few, as well as multi-coloured magnolias and fields of wildflowers. Which is your favourite?

With this new camera in my hands, I can’t wait for the changing seasons and the adventures to come!
