The borders opened, and quick as a flash we were able to book a holiday to see a pal we hadn’t seen in about 4 years. Timing couldn’t have been better, with Wellington in the depths of winter. There’s nothing that’ll get you out of that winter funk quicker than sand squishing between your toes, sea turtles, and epic sunsets. S
